Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VilFresh website (https://www.vilfresh.in) and the VilFresh mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Laymen Agro Ventures Private Limited ("VilFresh", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described below, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with VilFresh. When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Orders & Subscriptions

VilFresh offers both one-time orders and recurring delivery subscriptions (daily, alternate-day, or custom schedules) for milk, dairy, vegetables, rice, millets and other grocery items, placed through the app. Product availability, delivery schedules and minimum order requirements may vary by area and are shown at the time of ordering.

Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing cycle unless paused, modified or cancelled by you through the app before the applicable cut-off time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, an out-of-stock item, or an address outside our delivery area — in which case any amount already charged for that order will be refunded.

Pricing & Payments

Prices for products and subscription plans are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice; changes will not affect an order already confirmed. VilFresh accepts payment via UPI, credit card, debit card, and cash, as made available in the app. Subscription plans are typically billed via monthly prepayment.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds. If a scheduled payment fails, we may pause your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

Delivery

VilFresh delivers to select areas within and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu; current delivery areas are listed in the app and may be updated periodically. Delivery times are estimates — most deliveries are completed before 7 AM — and may occasionally be affected by weather, farm supply, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for minor delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant disruption to your delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive time-sensitive items (such as fresh milk) at the delivery address, or that a safe drop-off location is specified in the app.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because most VilFresh products are perishable (milk, paneer, vegetables and similar fresh items), we generally do not accept returns once an item has been delivered. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please report it through the app or by contacting our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo where possible — we will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method or VilFresh wallet.

Orders and individual subscription deliveries can be cancelled or skipped through the app before the daily/order cut-off time shown at checkout; cancellations made after this cut-off may not be possible for that delivery. Refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a false delivery address
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Resell or redistribute VilFresh products or subscriptions on a commercial basis without our prior written consent
• Abuse promotional offers, referral codes, or discounts in a manner inconsistent with their intended use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The VilFresh name, logo, app, website content, and all related trademarks and branding are the property of Laymen Agro Ventures Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, our social media pages or app store listings) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and we encourage you to review their policies independently.

Disclaimer

VilFresh is owned and managed by Laymen Agro Ventures Private Limited. Images and videos used on the Service are for representation purposes only, and the actual products may vary. Product availability is subject to location and stock availability.

Prices, offers, discounts, festival combos and other benefits are subject to product availability, location and the applicable terms, and may change without prior notice.

Product-related information provided on the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Please check the product details, availability, price and applicable terms before placing your order.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VilFresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made, and where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
